How to enable browser popups

Rentaba uses a secure popup window during identity verification. If popups are blocked, the verification step won't open. Pick your device below for step-by-step instructions.

Mac (macOS)

Choose your browser and follow the steps. We recommend allowing popups specifically for rentaba.co rather than enabling them site-wide.

Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome, then click Chrome in the top menu bar and choose Settings.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Privacy and security.
  3. Click Site Settings, then scroll down to Pop-ups and redirects.
  4. Under "Allowed to send pop-ups", click Add and enter rentaba.co.
  5. Return to Rentaba and refresh the page.

Safari

  1. Open Safari, then click Safari in the top menu bar and choose Settings (or Preferences on older macOS).
  2. Click the Websites tab.
  3. In the left sidebar, scroll to and select Pop-up Windows.
  4. If rentaba.co is listed, set it to Allow. If not, you can change "When visiting other websites" to Allow while completing verification.
  5. Return to Rentaba and refresh the page.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Firefox, click Firefox in the top menu bar and choose Settings.
  2. Click Privacy & Security in the sidebar.
  3. Scroll to Permissions and find Block pop-up windows.
  4. Click Exceptions…, type https://rentaba.co, then click Allow and Save Changes.
  5. Return to Rentaba and refresh the page.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Edge, click Microsoft Edge in the top menu bar and choose Settings.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Cookies and site permissions.
  3. Scroll down and click Pop-ups and redirects.
  4. Next to Allow, click Add and enter rentaba.co.
  5. Return to Rentaba and refresh the page.

Tip for Mac: Some browsers also show a small icon in the address bar when a popup is blocked. Click that icon and choose Always allow popups from rentaba.co as a shortcut.

Windows (PC)

Settings menus on Windows browsers are nearly identical to Mac, with the exception that the menu opens from the three-dot icon in the top-right.

Google Chrome

  1. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right of Chrome and choose Settings.
  2. Click Privacy and security in the left sidebar.
  3. Click Site Settings, then scroll to Pop-ups and redirects.
  4. Under "Allowed to send pop-ups", click Add and enter rentaba.co.
  5. Return to Rentaba and refresh the page.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click the three-bar menu in the top-right of Firefox and choose Settings.
  2. Click Privacy & Security in the sidebar.
  3. Scroll to the Permissions section and find Block pop-up windows.
  4. Click Exceptions…, type https://rentaba.co, click Allow, then Save Changes.
  5. Return to Rentaba and refresh the page.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right of Edge and choose Settings.
  2. Click Cookies and site permissions in the left sidebar.
  3. Scroll to Pop-ups and redirects and click it.
  4. Next to Allow, click Add and enter rentaba.co.
  5. Return to Rentaba and refresh the page.
Note: Safari is no longer available on Windows. If you previously used Safari for Windows, please switch to Chrome, Edge, or Firefox to complete identity verification.

iPhone (iOS)

On iPhone, popup-blocker settings live inside iOS Settings (not inside the browser app).

Safari

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Scroll down and tap Apps, then tap Safari. (On older iOS versions, tap Safari directly.)
  3. Scroll to the General section.
  4. Toggle Block Pop-ups to the off position (gray).
  5. Return to Safari and refresh Rentaba.

Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome on your iPhone.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu in the bottom-right corner.
  3. Tap Settings, then Content Settings.
  4. Tap Block Pop-ups and toggle it off.
  5. Return to Chrome and refresh Rentaba.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Firefox on your iPhone.
  2. Tap the three-bar menu in the bottom-right corner.
  3. Tap Settings, then scroll to the Privacy section.
  4. Find Block Pop-up Windows and toggle it off.
  5. Return to Firefox and refresh Rentaba.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Edge on your iPhone.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap Settings, then Privacy and security.
  4. Find Block pop-ups and toggle it off.
  5. Return to Edge and refresh Rentaba.

Heads up: Once verification is complete, you can re-enable Block Pop-ups again if you prefer. The Rentaba verification step only needs the popup once.

iPad (iPadOS)

iPad uses the same approach as iPhone — popup settings live in the iPadOS Settings app for Safari, and inside the browser apps for everything else.

Safari

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPad.
  2. Scroll down in the left sidebar and tap Apps, then tap Safari.
  3. In the right pane, scroll to the General section.
  4. Toggle Block Pop-ups to the off position.
  5. Return to Safari and refresh Rentaba.

Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome on your iPad.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
  3. Tap Settings, then Content Settings.
  4. Tap Block Pop-ups and switch it off.
  5. Return to Chrome and refresh Rentaba.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Firefox on your iPad.
  2. Tap the three-bar menu in the top-right corner.
  3. Tap Settings, then scroll to Privacy.
  4. Find Block Pop-up Windows and toggle it off.
  5. Return to Firefox and refresh Rentaba.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Edge on your iPad.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu in the bottom-right corner.
  3. Tap Settings, then Privacy and security.
  4. Find Block pop-ups and toggle it off.
  5. Return to Edge and refresh Rentaba.

Android (phones & tablets)

Android uses similar steps across phones and tablets. Most users have Chrome or Samsung Internet as their default browser.

Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome on your Android device.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
  3. Tap Settings, then scroll to Site settings.
  4. Tap Pop-ups and redirects and toggle it on (allowed).
  5. Return to Chrome and refresh Rentaba.

Samsung Internet

  1. Open Samsung Internet on your Galaxy device.
  2. Tap the three-bar menu in the bottom-right corner.
  3. Tap Settings, then Sites and downloads.
  4. Toggle Block pop-ups to the off position.
  5. Return to Samsung Internet and refresh Rentaba.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Firefox on your Android device.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
  3. Tap Settings, then Site permissions.
  4. Tap Pop-up windows and choose Allowed.
  5. Return to Firefox and refresh Rentaba.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Edge on your Android device.
  2. Tap the three-bar menu at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap Settings, then Privacy and security.
  4. Toggle Block pop-ups to the off position.
  5. Return to Edge and refresh Rentaba.

For Android tablets: The steps are identical to phones. Menus may appear in slightly different positions on larger screens, but the labels remain the same.
